Check-in & check-out
Self check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. You'll receive the access details personally shortly before arrival. Need an early arrival or late departure? Just ask – if the calendar allows, we'll make it work.

Getting here
Split Airport (SPU) is only about 10 minutes away by car. Rental cars, taxis and Uber are right at the terminal. By car via the A1 exit Prgomet/Kaštela, by ferry via Split port (approx. 25 minutes).
House rules
- If you open it, close it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if something breaks, let us know so we can fix it for the next guests.
- No loud music outside after 10 pm – to keep the peace in the neighbourhood.
- Smoking only outside, never inside the villa.
- Dogs are very welcome – but not on sofas, beds or in the pool.
In the villa
Fast Wi-Fi (fibre or Starlink), A/C and heating in every room, pool (heated late March–October) and hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Wi-Fi name and password are displayed in the villa. Questions about anything technical? Just message us on WhatsApp – we usually reply within minutes.
Emergency & health
- 112 – European emergency number (ambulance, fire, police)
- Hospital: KBC Split (Firule site), Spinčićeva 1, Split – approx. 20 minutes
- Pharmacies (“Ljekarna”) are in every Kaštela town; out-of-hours pharmacies in Split.

Shopping
Supermarkets a few minutes' drive away: Lidl Kaštela, Super Konzum and Tommy Maximarket. Fresh bread and burek at the local bakery (pekara), fish and fruit in the mornings at the markets in Split or Trogir.

Beaches
The Kaštel Stari promenade with several swimming spots is a 10–15 minute walk. Our favourites: Kašjuni in Split (at Marjan), the beaches around Trogir/Čiovo and, for families, the shallow pebble beaches of Kaštela.

- Krka National Park – approx. 1 hr
- Biokovo Skywalk, Bol (Zlatni Rat), Plitvice Lakes
