About this villa
Villa Just be Light lives up to its name: large glass fronts, bright rooms and warm lighting. The new build sits quietly in Kaštel Stari; the beach and promenade are minutes away, Trogir and Split about 15 and 25 minutes. Outside there's a heated saltwater pool, a hot tub and an outdoor kitchen with grill – perfect for long evenings with the whole group. Inside: a spacious living area with sofa and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a foosball table and a workspace. Five bedrooms with king-size box-spring beds, each with its own bathroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room: ideal for two families or groups of friends. Dogs are welcome.

Which days can I book?
Usually Saturday to Saturday. From about 14 nights we are much more flexible. Try different dates or message us on WhatsApp – we usually reply within minutes.
Are longer stays possible – with discounts?
Yes. Many discounts are already built into the price; in winter we usually rent by the month.
Can groups larger than 10 book?
Yes. Our villas are close to each other and can be combined for up to 20 – or up to 30 with a house a bit further away.
Is there a minimum age?
The person booking must be an adult; groups need a responsible contact on site.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within minutes – especially on WhatsApp, email and phone.
