About this villa
Villa Just be Happy sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Kaštel Stari, looking out over the Bay of Kaštela to the sea. Split Airport is only about ten minutes away, Trogir 15 and Split 25 minutes. The large terrace with heated saltwater pool and hot tub, parasols and a grill area with a postcard view is our guests' favourite spot. On the ground floor you'll find the bright living area with a big sofa, cinema speakers and smart TV, a dining table for ten and a fully equipped kitchen with bar and ice maker. Upstairs are bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, many with sea views. A baby cot and high chair are ready for you, dogs are welcome and up to four cars park right in front of the house.

Beautiful pool and nice outdoor area. Always a friendly and quick response when contacting the host. However, we had hoped that someone would meet us when we arrived, but unfortunately no one showed up. In addition, we were told that a pool attendant would come during the week, but none came. It would have been good if the pool had been cleaned at some point during the stay. One of the sun loungers was broken when we arrived; we informed the host immediately and got a quick reply. This doesn't lower the rating significantly, though, since we had such a wonderful stay – we didn't want to leave! Usually Saturday to Saturday. From about 14 nights we are much more flexible. Try different dates or message us on WhatsApp – we usually reply within minutes.
Are longer stays possible – with discounts?
Yes. Many discounts are already built into the price; in winter we usually rent by the month.
Can groups larger than 10 book?
Yes. Our villas are close to each other and can be combined for up to 20 – or up to 30 with a house a bit further away.
Is there a minimum age?
The person booking must be an adult; groups need a responsible contact on site.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within minutes – especially on WhatsApp, email and phone.
