About this villa
Room for 10 guests, five rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a heated saltwater pool with an extra-hot whirlpool and a private gym: Villa Just be Alive (327 m² living space) is a new build in a quiet part of Kaštel Stari – between Split and Trogir, a 10-minute drive from the airport and about 1 km from the beach. We planned and furnished the villa ourselves – with everything we often miss on holiday: really good beds, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and enough space for ten people to relax without stepping on each other's toes. Outside: the pool (8.50 × 3.50 m, heated from late March to October) with an integrated whirlpool area, loungers on the lawn, a covered outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, sink and fridge, a lounge and a dining table for ten. There is also a pro trampoline that adults (up to approx. 120 kg) enjoy just as much as kids, plus a table-tennis table – and the garden is fenced. Inside: an open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows straight onto the pool, a huge sofa and an 85-inch smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, good pans and sharp knives. Four bedrooms with hotel-quality king-size box-spring beds; the fifth room doubles as an air-conditioned gym with a proper full-size box-spring bed, just as comfortable – every room has its own bathroom, plus a guest WC. Good to know: Starlink internet up to 400 Mbit/s (home-office ready), A/C and heating in every room, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, washing machine, EV wallbox and four parking spaces at the house. Self check-in from 4 pm with your personal code. Baby cot, high chair, baby monitor & more are free of charge. Dogs are welcome – and may even join you in the pool. From the upper floor and the terrace you look across the Bay of Kaštela to the sea and Mount Kozjak – and in the evening to the lights towards Split and Trogir.

The pool invited us to swim, the separately heated whirlpool and the terrace to relax. We could cook inside and outside, and we slept like on clouds. And when it was cooler for 2 days, the air conditioning also heated, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom made it super cosy, especially for us women. Another big plus was that we were allowed to bring our dogs. The garden is completely fenced in, and we could stroll leisurely to the beach every day directly from the villa. What do we do better than other holiday rental providers?
We rent out our own three villas – no agency, no call centre. The usual complaints from reviews of other providers don't apply here: pool heating, final cleaning, tourist tax, electricity and air conditioning are part of the final price instead of extra fees on site, the villas look exactly like the photos (guests confirm this in their reviews again and again), and you reach us on WhatsApp, usually within minutes, instead of through a ticket system.
What does the best price guarantee mean?
Booked direct, every villa is always at least 5 % cheaper than on Airbnb, Booking.com and every other platform – with the same cancellation terms. If you see the same dates cheaper elsewhere, just send us a short message and we'll match it.
Why is your pool heated at no extra cost?
Because a cold pool in April, May, September or October is no use to anyone. Many providers charge for pool heating per day – with us it is included in the final price from late March to October. The hot tub is heated all year round.
Is booking direct with Trawelltopia safe?
Yes. Payment runs through Stripe, one of the largest payment providers in the world. Your dates are blocked in our calendar on all channels immediately, and you receive confirmation, receipt and payment plan by email. Trawelltopia is run by BS Homes d.o.o. with full company details; more than 590 guests have already stayed with us.
What happens if something doesn't work during my stay?
Message us on WhatsApp or call – several of our team live locally and usually sort things out the same day. Small issues are fixed right away; guests often mention this in their reviews.
