A villa with its own pool near Split – no hotel corridors, no fight for sun loungers, no strangers by the water. Our three houses are in Kaštel Stari, right between Split and Trogir, about 1 km from the beach and ten minutes from Split Airport. From the UK there are frequent direct flights to Split in season – you could be in the pool the same afternoon.
Why Kaštel Stari instead of central Split
Split itself has hardly any houses with a big garden and pool – and those that exist are pricey and noisy. Kaštel Stari is a real seaside town with a promenade, family-run konobas and supermarkets within walking distance. Trogir (UNESCO) is about 15 minutes away, Split about 25.
