About this villa
Villa Just be Alive is a new build with clean, modern architecture in a quiet residential area of Kaštel Stari – between the old towns of Split and Trogir and only minutes from Split Airport. The heart of the house is outside: a heated pool and a separately heated hot tub, loungers on the lawn, a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and grill, table tennis and a trampoline for the kids. Inside you'll find an open living and dining area for ten, a fully equipped kitchen with island, a foosball table and a private gym. All five rooms have their own bathroom. Starlink Wi-Fi makes the villa ideal for remote work and longer stays; an EV charger and four parking spaces are right at the house. Dogs are welcome.

„A dream in Croatia! This week was balm for our souls. The house is beautifully furnished with everything your heart desires. The pool invited us to swim, the separately heated whirlpool and the terrace to relax. We could cook inside and outside, and we slept like on clouds. And when it was cooler for 2 days, the air conditioning also heated, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom made it super cosy, especially for us women. Another big plus was that we were allowed to bring our dogs. The garden is completely fenced in, and we could stroll leisurely to the beach every day directly from the villa. Which days can I book?
Usually Saturday to Saturday. From about 14 nights we are much more flexible. Try different dates or message us on WhatsApp – we usually reply within minutes.
Are longer stays possible – with discounts?
Yes. Many discounts are already built into the price; in winter we usually rent by the month.
Can groups larger than 10 book?
Yes. Our villas are close to each other and can be combined for up to 20 – or up to 30 with a house a bit further away.
Is there a minimum age?
The person booking must be an adult; groups need a responsible contact on site.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within minutes – especially on WhatsApp, email and phone.
