Our villas can be rented flexibly – from just one week. The longer you stay, the more the daily rate falls automatically.

Annual rental prices & terms
The annual rental lets you use a high-quality villa all year round without seasonal price swings – with transparent, predictable costs.
- Monthly rent: approx. €6,300
- Minimum rental period: 12 months
- Payment options: monthly, or discounted with advance payment
- Deposit: 3 months' rent
The final rent varies depending on the villa, furnishings, location and payment model. We are happy to prepare an individual offer.

Consumption-based costs are billed transparently and separately.
