A holiday home in Croatia with five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom – this search usually has a very specific reason behind it: two or three families travelling together, a group of friends made up of couples, several generations. And everyone knows from experience that a holiday is won or lost in the morning outside the bathroom door. On this page we go through our three villas in Kaštel Stari room by room, so you know exactly who sleeps where before you book.
Why "en-suite" deserves a closer look
Many listings say "5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms" – or there are five bathrooms, but two of them are off the corridor and shared. So always ask:
- Is every bathroom really attached to a bedroom?
- Are all the beds equal, or is one room really a makeshift solution?
- Is there also a guest WC, so nobody has to go through someone else's bedroom?
- How many people fit around the dining table at once?
At all three villas: five rooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a separate guest WC or guest bathroom, and a dining table for ten.
Villa Just be Alive – 4 bedrooms plus room 5
- Bedrooms 1–4: each with a hotel-quality king-size box-spring bed and its own bathroom
- Room 5: doubles as an air-conditioned gym, with a proper full-size box-spring guest bed – just as comfortable as the other beds – and its own bathroom
- Also: guest WC
- Good to know: 327 m² of living space, sea views from the upper floor and the terrace, 4 parking spaces, EV wallbox, trampoline and fenced garden
Room 5 is ideal for someone who likes to sleep slightly apart from the rest – or for the group that wants to work out in the morning before everyone else is up.
Villa Just be Light – 5 equal bedrooms
- Bedrooms 1–5: each with a king-size box-spring bed and its own bathroom
- Living room: sofa bed for 2–3 people, in case the group ever gets bigger
- Also: guest WC and a workspace with monitor
- Good to know: 303 m², 4 parking spaces, secluded 3.50 × 10 m pool plus separately heated hot tub
For groups where nobody should end up with the "smaller room", Just be Light is the easiest solution: all five bedrooms are equipped identically.
Villa Just be Happy – 5 bedrooms with a sea-view terrace
- Bedrooms 1–5: each with a double bed and its own bathroom
- Living room: large sofa bed for two more people if needed
- Also: guest bathroom
- Good to know: 258 m², 4 parking spaces, blackout curtains, hotel-quality towels and toiletries, quiet cul-de-sac, approx. 10 minutes to Split Airport

All three villas have air conditioning and heating in every room, and Just be Alive and Just be Light also have underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
