Which payment methods do you offer? 🧾
We are using Stripe as payment processor. Credit card is the easiest. ApplePay, GooglePay & PayPal should also work. Is a group booking possible for more than 10 people? 👫
Yes. You can manually check if more than 1 villa is available for the dates you wish. Otherwise you can send us a request message and we will get back to you with a personal non binding offer.
Are long term stays allowed? 🕦
Yes. Stays over 1 week or even months are possible at a discounted rate. Message us with your request. WhatsApp, eMail or form. Some discounts are already build in the pricing. You can check the dates if you want.
Are pets allowed? 🐕
In the most properties, yes. Please ask before/while booking. 🙏🏻
How far away is the beach? 🏝️
The beach is just a short 2-3 minute drive or a scenic 20–30 minute walk from every villa. We prefer walking to the restaurants on the beachfront. 👨🏻🍳🌄
What are the check in and check out times? 🕞
Check in is starting from 4pm. Baggage drop off is allowed before. Sometimes the cleaners are ready earlier. But we cant promise anything - as our houses are large and you want them clean. Check out is until 10am in the morning. 🙏🏻
Are there any additional costs for electricity, tourist tax, etc.? 💲
No. The price you will see is the final price. We trust our guests for a fair usage. 🙏🏻
Is the (whirl-) pool heated? 🌊🔥
Yes. Both. You can set the temperature warmer or colder as you like.
How is the WiFi quality? 📡
We use high quality hardware from Ubiquity to ensure that even our neighbours would like to know our WiFi password. Please dont share. 🤫 Its fast & reliable as we also need to work from there from time to time. For nerds: - latency: most times <30ms - upload: most times 300MBITs - download: most times 100MBITs
Is smoking allowed? 🚬
Smoking is permitted on balconies and the patio. 🚬 But no smoking inside allowed. We have sensors who notice smoke inside. 🚭
