We offer different packages. We take care of either only the rental of the object and / or also the maintenance and cleaning.

How much can you earn when you rent out your vacation home?

It would be untrustworthy to answer the question with a blanket figure. Because here it also depends on various factors. 

This includes, for example, the size of the property, the location of the property, the equipment of the property, the condition and general market conditions. Above all, it also depends on the time of year it is to be rented.

You will receive the rent in the same month that the vacationers are in your property.

Good question! If you've ever tried it yourself, then you certainly know how many things you have to think about. 

There are many tasks for which you can work (almost) around the clock without the help of professional tools. However, for renting only one object, the tools are so expensive that it is not worth it. 

So we take advantage of an economy of scale. The more objects we manage, the lower the costs of employees and tools per object. 

In addition, you benefit from our experience & partners & ultimately have more time to do other things.

It depends somewhat on how quickly we get the information we need from you. 

Once all the information is available, it usually takes 3-5 business days for your property to be visible and bookable on AirBNB, Booking.com, Trawelltopia.com, Google Hotel Ads, and more.

Since the pictures are one of the most important things in successful marketing, we take care of perfect pictures of your property with specialized photographers for real estate.

We will send you the booked data directly by e-mail and/or SMS.
